1. Fabric Information

This garment is crafted from high-stretch quick-drying performance knit fabric (polyester-spandex plain weave).

Fabric Composition: 85% Polyester + 15% Spandex. The fabric features a compact, smooth texture, superior wrinkle resistance and excellent shape retention. Its built-in moisture-wicking and quick-drying properties make it ideal for athletic activities and everyday casual wear.

Fabric Characteristics: This lightweight knit fabric delivers a subtle woven-like texture and outstanding draping performance. Precision panel cutting ensures a tailored, snug fit at all spliced joints. All finished garments undergo complete pre-shrinking treatment, ensuring minimal shrinkage after washing and stable sizing.

Zoned Fabric Matching:

Both colorways feature identical fabric weight and elasticity, ensuring flat, seamless and uniform splicing across all styles.

The right sleeve is finished with a 100% pure cotton patch embroidery. The cotton base is ultra soft, skin-friendly and tear-resistant. It remains rigid-free, curl-free and fray-free after repeated laundering, greatly enhancing the garment’s premium texture and refined detailing.

2. Color Matching Scheme

Main Color Combinations:

Accent Contrast Stitching: Fine bright red topstitching, fine navy topstitching, and white contrast binding stitching.

The inner neck woven label and sleeve cotton patch embroidery adopt a green background with black lettering, creating a cohesive color echo with the garment’s olive green panels.

The overall color scheme adopts a retro motorsport-inspired color-block design. Dark base tones are paired with low-saturation olive green splicing strips, accented with multi-color fine stitching that defines the garment’s silhouette. The layered color matching delivers strong visual depth and a trendy sporty aesthetic.

3. Detailed Craftsmanship

3.1 Structural & Version Craft

This style features a small V-neck polo collar with matching fabric overlock finishing, keeping the collar stand flat and warp-resistant. The front and back panels adopt full vertical splicing construction, with left and right main body panels joined by an integrated full-length olive green vertical color block strip.

Shoulder seams, armholes and side seams are all constructed with 4-thread overlock stitching for high tensile strength and durability, effectively preventing seam popping during movement. Sleeve cuffs and bottom hem are finished with premium coverstitch binding, featuring smooth, full and stretchable stitching that resists curling and deformation after prolonged wear.

3.2 Contrast Stitching Craft

Double-needle topstitching in bright red and navy blue is applied to the upper and lower edges of the olive green splicing strip for secure fixation. Thick white diagonal contrast stitching extends from the shoulder line to the hem on both sides of the garment, sculpting the body contour while reinforcing overall structural stability.

3.3 Full Garment Embroidery (No Printing)

Front Embroidery: Raised 3D white embroidery of the text “BLOODY immigrant” and a circular paisley pattern on the olive green panel. The dense, full stitching is wash durable and resistant to peeling or fading.

Back Embroidery: Vertical embroidered text “Temple Runner” paired with a minimalist geographic outline pattern on the rear olive green panel. The tight stitching prevents loose threads and ensures long-lasting wearability.

Hardware & Label Details: A 100% pure cotton square patch embroidery label is sewn on the right sleeve, and a main woven label is flat-stitched inside the neckline. All labels are neatly attached with no exposed scratchy loose threads.

3.4 Finishing Process

All loose threads are fully trimmed. All splicing seams feature consistent seam allowance and uniform stitching tension. The finished garments are flat and twist-free, complying with international mass production and foreign trade quality standards. All embroidery positions are accurately calibrated, and all contrast stitching lines are symmetrical, neat and uniform.
